ok,the black window appears at the beginning but after the loading bar before the game crashes and the error appears.

Does it appear everytime you launch sa-mp? Does it work on previous versions? Any mods/so**** installed?

i dont have installed mods yes ist appears evertime if a want to use samp. if have also downgrade the version from 0.3c to 0.3b even then crashes also
