Shooting targets - Any ideas?

Hi, I need some decent way to have non-player shooting targets. I did use ammunation targets that break when shot.. but those desync a lot. Some players may see the targets still standing, some may see a few of them broke. Does anybody have any ideas on a decent target system that can be synced as much as possible, and / or have the ability to detect when shot?

kinda hard to sync objects :/ just make do with the targets your using
