It is a standalone compiler that already exists, you can simple Google it to get hold of it.

My program incorporates it by running it from command line and outputs the results.

You haven't made all the required changes to the compiler, so it won't compile valid scripts, e.g.:

http://pastebin.com/frwbBhRm

This will compile with the supplied compiler, but not with a compiler created with your source.
