How would I go by getting a scripter to work with me? and run a server with me

He can get full admin rights. Basicly he'd be owner with me.

I would just like to have a server and own it with a scripter for RolePlay mod.

I'm sorry, it doesn't work like this. Most members here want to get paid to help you with creating a gamemode and host it etc. You can try to script togheter with one of your friend just like I do. If you don't understand somethign you can always return to this board to get some help.

I have tried scripting it's really hard, specially Roleplay, I would like to find someone though haha would be a better option

Indeed, beginning with a roleplay server is hard. You shouldn't start with scripting a roleplay gamemode, try to script basic things first, for example: Freeroam or a simple TDM.
I am currently scripting a roleplay server myself and it's difficult for me aswell, but I am still learning.
