It's pretty hard to find a Free SA:MP Server, if you can't afford it then you shouldn't even be trying to open a server.

What do you mean by you live in Algeria, so you could not do it? Are third-party host-providers sell only to certain countries? I doubt that...

The Problem is : If something is free there is always a rake ( if I can say it.. )
There are alot of german free hostґs, I never accept something like that, because if you dont know about Script-Security, theyґll steal your Script...

I don't think you can find very many " free " Hosting company's. But you could port-forward in your internet settings which allows other players to play via the internet.
