You must selected password with type password in first dialog. Type "/evovehicle manage" again and type password that you selected. If it does'nt work, open "scriptfiles/EVO/options.ini" file with Notepad and write your password PANELPASS' opponent.

Evo Vehicle Ownership IX.2 Essentials released! Changes:
-Some bugs fixed.
-Added /addev ( Add Evo Vehicle ) and /addsr ( Add Showroom ) for practical use.
-You can delete all vehicles and showrooms in system from panel.
-EvoENGINE 3.0 has been started using formally.

I tested it again for you with different conditions and i didn't get a problem. Filterscript was released for SA:MP 0.3x. What kind of FSs and GMs you use?

I have got some reports about performance lacks in IX.2 Essentials. When I compile EVO IX.2 with YSI's last version, its AMX size grows from 400 kB to 2000 kB. I think that may be it's reason and now i compiled it YSI's an earlier version and shared it's link now. I hope it will solve this problem.

When selling a vehicle, You get 100% refund... Maybe set that to 40/50%? (Already did it for myself but for other users..)
Option to sell a vehicle to another player for a custom price.

EDIT: It doesn't save the tunings?
Also i have found some text in the dialogs wich weren't english.

It saves the tunings of the vehicle. Is there any problem with saving tunings?
And you said that you have found some text in the dialogs which weren't english, can you get a screenshot in this dialog? When I'm translating it Turkish to English, i could forget translate somewhere.

I already removed it and translated to english. (With help of a friend.)
Also when i tune a vehicle and park it after and than restart the server all the tunings are gone?
And it did save the rest so.
