Anything I change in the .pwn wont actually change in the game, for example if I change the name it still says San Fierro Cops-Robbers-RPG.

Does anyone know why I get the error "The player ID (3) is not connnected to the server." When I try and target ID 2. The player is connect but it doesn't actually let me target them?

You have to change the RCON password in ur server.cfg, to do that u have to open server.cfg (with notepad if u havent done it before) then u will see a line that says "password changeme" (without quotes) so delete "changeme" and put anything u want.
