I agree with davve95. Web page maker is very easy to use. You acctualy just insert and move things around.

Yep, but I gues it's not realy advanced. The best way is to view tutorials about PHP,SQL,CSS and HTML like 'vent' said.
And script your codes for example in Adobe Dreamweaver.
But if you want a simple site and you want it fast, you better can use the Web page maker thing.
