The pickups / positions etc are saved in "scriptfiles/UIE". Pickups are there in the map "Pickups".
Do you want me to make, that when you save it, it'll be ingame, and that it'll load pickups etc too?

Put the "CreatePickup" code into your OnGameModeInit / OnFilterScriptInit.
That's a bit PAWN scripting basic

Sorry that the new version is still not released.
It'll be named "Ultimate Ingame Creator" -> You're not editting anything ingame
The new version will have alot more features. Here's a small list

1- Spawn a vehicle with /uicvec OR /uicvecd. The first one is the same as first (better scripted). The second one opens a dialog with categories.

2- Allow players to do commands or not. When you login into RCON, you can automatic do them all -> No need to log in into RCON the next time!

3- 3D Texts.
