You can but that would require opening your laptop and finding the right parts that will fit and run with the laptop, but with a desktop is much more easier to upgrade, try looking on ****** to see if you can find anything

Plus what He said above, It is better to get a computer because if you just buy parts that is as much as another computer/laptop, one graphics card would be 100$ for a descent one, Plus you need a better CPU, Or Its a GPU, I forget, but if you buy a new computer I would recommend buy a desktop for the same price of that laptop.... Then make tune ups to your desktop and then try to play GTA 5 and then you might get better performance then 10 FPS!
