If you haven't had courses in any programming languages, it won't be that easy for you but you can do it!

Role Playing Game? Probably not the best gamemode to work with. Make something simple to start with, like a DM server with teams. Start working with Grandlarc. Just change some code and test what happens. Read the wiki. When you're ready look for more advanced tutorials.

Owning a roleplay gamemode -gaming edited by me just has some hidden commands or so I think a player can manage his / owner any
