I want to learn scripting and do not know where to start and what Gamemode RPG to begin , I would be very grateful if you could help me .

Role Playing Game? Probably not the best gamemode to work with. Make something simple to start with, like a DM server with teams. Start working with Grandlarc. Just change some code and test what happens. Read the wiki. When you're ready look for more advanced tutorials.
