Firstly, I was searching about EDITING and not ATTACHING object. EDIT object function doesn't work in that case so I think it's well to stop that.

It can work if you apply the correct rotation translations. Anyways there will be a vehicle editor in Texture Studio eventually it is the next step.

There's no native SA:MP function for editing attached vehicle objects, - how-ever it can be scripted. Example,

You really need textures and text to make vehicle editing useful but no worries I will have those issues solved soon enough
