What is better, to buy VPS and host TeamSpeak and SA:MP server on it or to buy different host for TeamSpeak and SA:MP server.

There is not "best VPS company". There are a lot of trusted ones that you can find with a quick search.
Host SA-MP and TeamSpeak into 1 VPS.
