Hello. I am sorry if that is the wrong section or anything is wrong, but please answer to the following questions.
Do you know the best VPS company?
If you do, please share the link here or send it in private message.
What is better, to buy VPS and host TeamSpeak and SA:MP server on it or to buy different host for TeamSpeak and SA:MP server.

There is not "best VPS company". There are a lot of trusted ones that you can find with a quick search.
Host SA-MP and TeamSpeak into 1 VPS.

There are alot of good companies providing VPS servers, however I don't think there is a number one in this.
