Another one of my friends is having a problem.. He has recently gotten gta sa and installed it as well as sa-mp, it loads 80% then crashes with this crash info:

He has tried renaming his gta sa but no luck

Do this:

Move GTA to for example your desktop then run samp and go in a server. It will ask you for the GTA directory location. Select it, now it should be fixed.

Doesn't have to, it could be that SA-MP somehow didn't get the write or read permissions to look into the C:\
drive or any other drive.
