Hey, I'm trying to start the MYSQL Service through XAMPP Version 1.8.3
When I install XAMPPP and start MYSQL, I can just run it.. but when I turn MYSQL Service off and try to run it again, it doesn't work or gives me this error, does anyone know how to fix this..?

13:52:06 [mysql] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method.
