MYSQL Error - Printable Version

MYSQL Error - Freszh - 22.10.2013

Hey, I'm trying to start the MYSQL Service through XAMPP Version 1.8.3
When I install XAMPPP and start MYSQL, I can just run it.. but when I turn MYSQL Service off and try to run it again, it doesn't work or gives me this error, does anyone know how to fix this..?

Restart computer, MySQL server could still be running in the background...
