spraypaint cans can be used to beat the npcs to death. i'm not talking recorded npcs, i'm talking the people in the casinos and such. this doesn't sync well, and most of the time the person killing the npc is swinging at nothing from everyone elses point of view. this doesnt stop you from gambling, even after the npc is dead. this doesnt work in ammunation, and i never tested it anywhere else. (just ammu and the four dragons casino)
this was not found by me. Legit_V20 found it and showed me.

This is probably a GTA:SA bug, not a SA-MP-side one.

It does work in ammunation and the fast food interiors it just takes a lot longer to kill them for some reason. This can be done with fire extinguisher and parachute as well.
I am pretty sure this is a GTA SA bug.

to all the people that say this is a GTA:SA bug, YOU CAN KILL NPCS IN SINGLE PLAYER.
you're not supposed to be able to kill them in multiplayer. but you knew that already.

I doubt it's that much of a problem because they aren't synced.

it might be a problem in a restaurant: if you move the employee, they stop selling food. if someone else sees you move the employee, they also can't buy food. this is a minor bug, but it's still a bug.
