[Lock N load]

Hello Im new to GTA SA Online. well i recently got it and went to a server and it seems like every server has this when they talk they have like the wired alt+numpad keys and i cant read it..is there like a error is it the server? if its the server can u suggest a server in english with IP address.

Look for an english server "[ENG]" Should be written in the title.
