Cant Understand people? - Lock N load - 12.12.2009

Hello Im new to GTA SA Online. well i recently got it and went to a server and it seems like every server has this when they talk they have like the wired alt+numpad keys and i cant read it..is there like a error is it the server? if its the server can u suggest a server in english with IP address.

The most known servers and successful are usually in English.

Though there will always be stupid people who simply can't speak.

Look for an english server "[ENG]" Should be written in the title.
