I have this problem... can join 192.168.0.197 but no one else can join trough this ip or through external ip...
Even another pc at my place can't find anny of those in the sa:mp server list

Try Port-Forwarding instead of the Virtual Server stuff

Rizard also go to whatismyip.com and give the IP you find there to your friends (Don't post it here ) that's your external IP, the 192.***.***.*** is your internal IP which is used only within your private network, so if your friend tries to use that one it'll look for a PC within his private network
