Even another pc at my place can't find anny of those in the sa:mp server list

Try Port-Forwarding instead of the Virtual Server stuff

Rizard also go to whatismyip.com and give the IP you find there to your friends (Don't post it here
) that's your external IP, the 192.***.***.*** is your internal IP which is used only within your private network, so if your friend tries to use that one it'll look for a PC within his private network
