I'm having this problem in my host, does the host has the problem or me?

i'm trying to open Configuration Files,file menager,web consoler, etc, but it says:
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized

Also the server status stays: Unknown
I can't event see the buttons now, of " RESTART and " STOP ", someone tell me what to do!.

It sounds like your host's control panel is not configured properly. If they can't figure out something so important, please consider switching hosts.

@ev0lution about switching hosts, i think i will do it, but this is the first problem that i have seen this error.
i think the host got problems, so i'mma waiting.
