The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized - Edonikiller - 21.02.2015

I'm having this problem in my host, does the host has the problem or me?

i'm trying to open Configuration Files,file menager,web consoler, etc, but it says:
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized

Also the server status stays: Unknown
I can't event see the buttons now, of " RESTART and " STOP ", someone tell me what to do!.

P.S if this is my problem, and if you know how to fix it, please add on skype: edoni.9

It sounds like your host's control panel is not configured properly. If they can't figure out something so important, please consider switching hosts.

@ev0lution about switching hosts, i think i will do it, but this is the first problem that i have seen this error.
i think the host got problems, so i'mma waiting.
