How would one go about starting or accomplishing these things? I'm looking to develop a loot system that would allow a user to enter a building, type /loot, and collect loot from that building. I am not interested in anything super complex. After that, I'm going to need a weapon condition system, which would most likely be created by creating a variable that stores the condition (but I don't know how to attach it to a specific weapon) and subtracts some every time the weapon is fired). Finally (which should probably be done first), I'm interested in making my own inventory system. Suggestions?
