Unknown command, even if its known.

Hello guys, what are i'm doing wrong here?

I'm making a CMD with zCmd, but IG it says that the cmd aren't found, but in my script it compiles?

even thought it compiles correctly commands may not work due to some of these reasons
1:Outdated Plugins Includes And Other Things
2:Command Functions Not Properly Mentioned Or The script Does Nothing
3:Correct Plugins Not Added
Try Countering The Above Stated Problems
