RemoveBuilding client crash at server (re)start time

Hello,

On our server players are crashing when they connect immediateli after the server (re)started.
We have about ~1000 removebuildings and ~10-30000 streamed (plugin) objects.

I tried with a timer (10removebuildings / 500ms) but doesnt work.
They only crash when they connect at server (re)start time, what i really dont understand why.

Is it a SAMP bug or what?

RemoveBuilding has a limit of 1000, IIRC.
