SetPlayerAttachedObject help

Im using objects like hats and glasses and that stuff. I attached objects to player but when he press e.g. /spec and /specoff , attached objects will be deleted. Is there any way saving objects then loading it again (e.g. on player spawn)

You have to save it when he but that attaches, and when someone spec him to remove and after when he /spectoff to load him the attaches
