Are you sure your SA-MP client is installed to GTA:SA file folder? Of course you can try to run this in compatibility mode, if it helps you.

Here is most common client errors: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=363955. Can you please take a look, if you find some solution from that place.

Thank you.

And have you replaced normal gta_sa.exe to cracked (works without cd) version? If you have mods installed, please disable them.

I Recommend you try to run GTA:SA in compatibility mode and remove GTA:SA user set file, if it works. If it doesn't work, can you try to remove SA-MP client and GTA:SA and install them again? New installation should replace your existing registry keys in your computer.

Thank you.

I have found simply reinstalling over the top of GTA SA in the same directory does not resolve all problems.
I have been required to remove ALL GTA folders (Both Game DIR in program files and User Files in my docs)
then do a clean install of both GTA and SAMP, to resolve issues.

Also note some DirectX DLL that may be residing in your GTA SA dir can cause crashes.

Try ending "gta_sa.exe" task in task manager > processes. Having this open may sometimes cause this error.
Also, try changing the compatibility.
