i want a CP that can be installed in a linux VPS to restart a samp server...so is there a link to download it from anywhere ? can anyone provide ?

and i have a question why are VPS so cheap than gameserver ?

VPS' sometimes are cheaper because they are unmanaged - you need to manage everything yourself - and you have to make sure you have the suitable specs to hold your playerbase.
