If you intend to make it more styleish, make sure to get rid of the pixels of any other tiny little icon.
Also make sure EVERYTHING is styled, not only that box...

I like the 2nd one better. The first one has some big ass buttons.

The second one is better aesthetically. Your application has a lot of redundancy though, which makes it really bloated. Its almost like your application is struggling with an identity crisis. I marked out some of the parts that i found to be redundant / counterintuitive.

Im not even sure why you have that tab widget to be completely honest. Your application has most of its stuff in the main tab! You could honestly remove it and have a config/addon menu option that opens up a dialog instead. I think this would make the application a bit cleaner. You should only use tab widgets if you have an obscene amount of stuff to display in your application (to much to fit in the application, and to much stuff to add to the menu). This is all just my opinion though.

Frankly, the 'application' looks improper. You attempt to use the same form controls repeatedly whilst knowing they do the same thing (I'm guessing you wanted to take up space?). It looks horrible from my standpoint of view (utterly useless as other "UCPs" or Tools contains a better UI. I apologize if this may sound a bit harsh...

Im not good in those SA-MP server stuff but im pretty sure that if you use orange color in second pic would be more cool... just my opinion...

well actually i didnt try and use the same buttons and other stuff to fill the empty space
if i show you pictures of different Tabs you will see.

TAB1 (CLOSED)

TAB2

TAB3

TAB4

TAB5

SlideOut Tab

as you can see on the other tabs you dont have the Start/sop/restart functions so i added the SlideOutTab on the right so if your on TAB4 it would be quicker just to open the tab and start it from there.

It looks a lot better without that side tab! You should think about removing it, or maybe changing the first server control tab a bit. If you keep the sidebar you could remove all the redundant buttons in the first server control tab, and combine the two server control tabs :P. That or you could just fix up the first server control tab a bit (you'll have more space without those buttons) and rename the second server control tab (maybe call it rcon?).

This is looking pretty good man, i like the skin a lot. What is this coded with btw?
