I have portforwarded, now my firewal won't let it through I think.

Ok, first, sorry if anyone thinks I am spamming this section cause I have a lot of questions... ...
Anyway, I port forwarded and I read some online pages a while back and it said your server may
not be on the internet cause of your firewall. I DID NOT get any fire wall warnings though...
I used this to see if my server was online: http://www.typefish.co.uk/samp-conn/
Can someone tell me how I can get my server to be online? Heres my information:

PC: Windows Vista Basic
Router: Actiontec M1000 Series

Thanks.

I take my IP, add port at end with a " : " and the server dont reply and the client just says "Receiving Information"
