Ok, first, sorry if anyone thinks I am spamming this section cause I have a lot of questions...

...
Anyway, I port forwarded and I read some online pages a while back and it said your server may
not be on the internet cause of your firewall. I
DID NOT get any fire wall warnings though...
I used this to see if my server was online:

Can someone tell me how I can get my server to be online? Heres my information:
PC: Windows Vista Basic
Router: Actiontec M1000 Series

Um try to open ports through your firewall perhaps? or just turn off your firewall

xD, I did turn off my firewall, every time I try to portforward, does the same thing.

I take my IP, add port at end with a " : " and the server dont reply and the client just says "Receiving Information"
