I'have a new windows hosting and i can't open my server.
I can run it on my own pc but on hosting i get this errrors;

sscanf and crassdetect plugins not loading

Im now downloading Visual C++ redistributable packages, if it works i will post answer

So the problem solved, i have installed microsoft visuel studio c++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015 x86 on windows server 2012 64 bit
