crashdetect and sscanf plugin not loading Windows Server 2012 - lacosta175 - 11.11.2018

I'have a new windows hosting and i can't open my server.
I can run it on my own pc but on hosting i get this errrors;

[15:19:42] Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_Init'
[15:19:42] Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_IsConnected'
[15:19:42] Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_Join'
[15:19:42] Error: Function not registered: 'SSCANF_Leave'
[15:19:42] Error: Function not registered: 'sscanf'
[15:19:42] Script[gamemodes/vega.amx]: Run time error 19: "File or function is not found"

So the problem solved, i have installed microsoft visuel studio c++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2015 x86 on windows server 2012 64 bit
