What should I do?

Yes, but I changed version to 0.3.7.
Problem is continues.

First, there's no adri1 post about this.
Second, TD.dll is not a memory hacking plugin so it should work fine in 0.3.8
Third, it working fine afaik for me.

I understand that you are trying to be active, but don't post something that you don't know.

OP: post some screenshots or check your keys, TD.dll (that can be the problem) is only check your keys serversided not client sided.

You have to use that TD in local host and only you in the server else it won't work.

Are you sure that you're using the latest version of TDE? it worked for me very well, please make sure that you're on the latest TDE version ALSO make sure that you run a bare gamemode and only the TDE FS, the tde and sscanf plugins related to it just create another server.cfg and only put those 3 in it and run the local server and test it.
