Second, TD.dll is not a memory hacking plugin so it should work fine in 0.3.8
Third, it working fine afaik for me.

I understand that you are trying to be active, but don't post something that you don't know.
OP: post some screenshots or check your keys, TD.dll (that can be the problem) is only check your keys serversided not client sided.
You have to use that TD in local host and only you in the server else it won't work.

2- You're no one to tell people to stop posting, but you can complain of they spam
3- What he said is true. Many scripters reported TDE stopped working with 0.3.8
