Im trying to use irc and mysql so i tried by downloading a script and make some changed and it work but i get this error i dont know what it means or how to fix it, can someone help me with fixing it please?

use linux centos or debian?

Libcrypto is part of OpenSSL so install OpenSSL. Or use the non-SSL version of the IRC plugin.
