IRC error please help - 1fret - 30.07.2017

Im trying to use irc and mysql so i tried by downloading a script and make some changed and it work but i get this error i dont know what it means or how to fix it, can someone help me with fixing it please?

[17:55:46] Failed (libcrypto.so.0.9.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

I will also be online searching for solutions as well...

use linux centos or debian?

Libcrypto is part of OpenSSL so install OpenSSL. Or use the non-SSL version of the IRC plugin.
