Hello

I seem to be having a issue with Rep. People I know are saying they have rep'd me but my account still says I have 0 rep. Any idea why it would be doing that?

Users have a certain "rep power", depending on their posts, registration date, and own reputation. If this is too low, theyll add nothing to your reputation value.

Those points will eventually be added when their rep power is big enough.

If you monitor your latest rep periodically, you will eventually see that your rep count grows by a point or two, yet the last rep hit was on the same post that it was last time when you checked.

May be you are right I might not noticed it before....
