Hello
I seem to be having a issue with Rep. People I know are saying they have rep'd me but my account still says I have 0 rep. Any idea why it would be doing that?

Users have a certain "rep power", depending on their posts, registration date, and own reputation. If this is too low, theyll add nothing to your reputation value.
