How to create mobile application? not a game but with windows, tables, login, showing server stats, chat like that.

But as i know in ****** apps you need to upload file with .apk extension. Then question is how to get that file format it'is mean when you create something you need export .apk file how i understand. And with what program need to work?

For iPhones, you need to learn Swift Coding Language, as far as I know about iOS apps.
