How to create mobile application? not a game but with windows, tables, login, showing server stats, chat like that.

You need to know (programming):
- C++
- Unity3D,Unreal Engine(UDK) - for games only
- Java
- HTML

But as i know in ****** apps you need to upload file with .apk extension. Then question is how to get that file format it'is mean when you create something you need export .apk file how i understand. And with what program need to work?

For iPhones, you need to learn Swift Coding Language, as far as I know about iOS apps.

Why would you need C++ for an android mobile application? Why would you even want to develop natively when you can simply develop the app in java? For iOS you need swift. There are plenty of DVD's as well as tutorials all around the web.
