I'm new and want to know how to shorten a coordinate

This is what I want to shorten:

188,207.5515,-109.1549,1005.1328,189.5451,0,0,0,0,0,0

It is easy, just remove the first number "188" which is your skin id. And take the 3 numbers after it ( x , y , z ).
So it would look like this :
207.5515,-109.1549,1005.1328
