It is easy, just remove the first number "188" which is your skin id. And take the 3 numbers after it ( x , y , z ).
So it would look like this :
207.5515,-109.1549,1005.1328

if this is an from the /save or the other command (i don't remember)
for the save
skinid,x,y,z,angle,weapon 1, ammo of weapon 1 ,weapon 2, ammo of weapon 2 ,weapon 3, ammo of weapon 4
here
188 = skinid
207.5515 x coordinate
-109.1549 y coordinate
1005.1328 z coordinate
189.5451 Angle
0 weapon id
0 ammo
....
