So posting this is my final and last resort as I have tried every other method made public on the internet. SA-MP isn't working.
I've re installed many times to that of a fresh install, I have even used different installs and it's still doing the same thing, crashing when it's almost complete on the loading bar. I'm definitely running the correct version of SA-MP as I have recently downloaded it directly from sa-mp.com. I'm getting the following crash report;
