Crashing on loading screen - 0x404 - 06.01.2014

So posting this is my final and last resort as I have tried every other method made public on the internet. SA-MP isn't working.

I've re installed many times to that of a fresh install, I have even used different installs and it's still doing the same thing, crashing when it's almost complete on the loading bar. I'm definitely running the correct version of SA-MP as I have recently downloaded it directly from sa-mp.com. I'm getting the following crash report;

If it crashes near the end of the bar it is usually related to a bad mission script or CLEO.

CLEO hasn't been installed yet, nor do I enjoy creating mission scripts. Any other help?

Ok, so I got it to launch by renaming my directory. Now - I am unable to change the resolution, or it'll crash.

Help.

Uhm try to open it as adminstrator. or install it in another director file.
