Download both of them and put them in plugins.
and then compile.

Your plugins are failing to load. You have either not properly installed sscanf and streamer, or you have forgotten to add them to your server.cfg file (plugins: sscanf streamer).

download MSVCP100.dll and put it into server folder.
it will say you to download MSVCR100.dll

Dude, Open your eyes.
Visit them again and click : Download ZIP File.
Its just down to fixer link.

Dude... i'm a mapper..and a new scripter so..

I have 1 question... i downloaded it but where to save it.

i saved it to server file and Extract it.Then i opened my server and i got again that message...
