Hey I'm very noobie at setting up Linux servers as I go from scripting it on a Windows PC to Linux...
Anyway, I'm getting this error in the console.
It's hosted by HostSpree.net I've used them before and I'm happy with them, this is my 2nd server but I just cannot get around this error, could someone help me out?

As soon as somebody joins and types something into the chat, server crashes. Any help?

Make sure to change the permissions to 755 or 777... forgot what command is it to enter in the terminal.. but i only remember chmod

set the permission of the folder and file to 777. ****** how to do it.

Now it has no error message in console but won't actually launch....?

You can use sudo, for EX: sudo nohup ./samp03svr &

Why are u using the bash command??

Use nohup ./samp03svr &

This will make the server run in the backround

Okay now that error is fixed, but I'm getting this now?!

It runs fine then when someone connects, login it's still fine.
But as soon as somebody types anything in, server crashes.

Seems to be a script crash causing this.
